Senior Consultant, Technology Management
Tobin Conley is a Senior Technology Management Consultant for DelCor Technology Solutions, a company providing technology assistance to various non-profit organizations. He has been with the firm since 2001. Prior to joining DelCor, he was the Vice President of Membership at the International Sign Association. With over 20 years experience in the higher education and association communities, Mr. Conley has gained considerable knowledge of the administrative practices as well as information technology processes of the nonprofit sector. At DelCor, Mr. Conley’s focus is on technology strategic planning, disaster recovery planning, Web strategies and data management systems selection. Mr. Conley is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and active in the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives Network (formerly GWSAE). An accomplished writer and public speaker, Mr. Conley is a frequent presenter at ASAE and other industry events. Among his more recent contributions in this arena are presentations entitled Creating an Effective Online Education Strategy for Your Organization and The Two Faces of the Web and articles including The Human Side of Disaster Recovery Planning. Mr. Conley holds a B.A. degree in Political Philosophy from Michigan State University, Cum Laude, an M.A. degree in History from University of Maryland, College Park and an M.L.S. from University of Maryland, College Park. |
