Board of Directors


The CM Pros Board of Directors is comprised of members experienced in managing organizational growth, defining policies and dedicated to advancing excellence in content management. By serving on the CM Pros Board, directors exercise a major impact on the strategic direction of the organization.

Recognized for their contributions by the entire community, the directors guide CM Pros in its mission to provide information, expertise and support to content management professionals and the organizations they serve.

The CM Pros Board is comprised of five elected directors, each serving two-year terms. The terms are staggered annually to preserve management continuity. As is true of all roles within CM Pros, elected directors serve as individuals, regardless of their affiliation or employment.

Scott Liewehr

Scott Liewehr 
President 

Scott has been involved with CM Pros since September 2008 and has served on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer and Director of Member Relations since 2009. Scott is a Senior Consultant at The Gilbane Group in the Web Content Management practice, and is also a Principal at onesta where he leads the Strategy Practice, working with clients to develop intranets and content management designs and roadmaps. Scott has worked in the Content Management industry for more than ten years as an analyst, consultant and practitioner. Scott also serves on the Board of Directors for the School for Language and Communication Development, an amazing school for children with autism-spectrum disorders in New York. Saravanan RajanSaravanan Rajan
Vice President 

In his 17 years of IT experience, Saravanan has spent almost 10 years implementing Content Management systems using various tools such as Documentum, Alfresco and OpenText. As the Chief Technology Officer for CoSI Consulting, Saravanan is responsible for service strategy, design and implementation.


 

Ayse Kok
Secretary 

Ayse received her BS in Management Information Systems from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey. Ayse also completed the MSc programme at the University of Oxford with a degree in e-learning. Currently, Ayse is a PhD student at the same university. Ayse has held several positions in international organisations such as Ernst & Young and UNSSC and worked in projects for the European Commission and UNDP. Ayse participated as a speaker at various international conferences and has written articles on ICTs for learning, one of which has been published by Oxford Symposium Books. She is the founder of a non-profit institution that provides digital learning services for organisations in her home country of Turkey.


 

Brett ZuckerBrett Zucker
Treasurer 

Brett has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer at Bridgeline Software since 2006. Prior to joining Bridgeline Software in 2002, he was the Director of Development and Delivery for Lead Dog Digital, a custom Web application development company acquired by Bridgeline in 2002.  Brett holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


 

Ian TruscottIan Truscott
Director

Ian is currently focused on developing, executing and evangelizing the Alterian web engagement product strategy – his interest primarily focused around web content management (WCM), how to gain audience insight through web analytics, social media and to deliver this through multi-channel publishing. Ian joined Alterian through being the CTO at Mediasurface, a CMS vendor that Alterian aquired in July 2008, and he previously held various customer-facing and product marketing and strategy roles having joined Mediasurface in 2003. Ian has focused on web technologies for the last ten years, working with some major vendors and pioneers in this area, particularly during his tenure with Vignette. Ian is a blogger (http://www.persuasivecontent.com), tweeter (@iantruscott) and a frequent public speaker, talking at various industry events and seminars – you may have seen him at events including Technology for Marketing, Gilbane Conference, Butler CMS Symposium and Internet World. Ian is also a Dad and a fan of motorsport and the kind of football that you play with your feet.
